Come out for some great shopping and dining in downtown Tolar and meet local author, Kelli Martin. Martin is a native of Hood County and was greatly impacted by several brutal murders in the 1980s that remain unsolved today. Because of Martin's book all of the unsolved cases are being worked after decades. Martin took a victim-centered approach with this book and involved the families of the murder victims, and they were afforded an opportunity to write something to include in the book.
